Product Parameters & Report

We have a fully equipped laboratory for long-term testing of all types of inks. At ambient temperature we use different brands and models of CIJ printer to simulate and test the printing process. The inks are run under different parameters of viscosity, pressure, modulation values, etc. The number of tests can reach 900,000 times. By recording the occurrence of faults and testing the print quality, the parameters of the ink are adjusted to achieve the best operating stability.
The attached pictures show a corner of our laboratory and the ink test form. We can provide you with customized test upon your request.

Answer:

1. First of all, thank you very much for your interest in our inks. You need to provide your company information and in which brand of CIJ printer you want to use with this ink. We will send you the testing data.
2. You can provide us with the information about the material and test method for the product you want to print. We will prepare the material and share the test with you by webcast or video.

Pre-sales question 3:
One of your inks is what we are interested, and we have seen your test video and report. Can you provide us a sample for testing?
Answer:
Thank you very much for your interest in our inks. First, you need to provide us with your company information and in which CIJ printer you want to use the ink with. For the samples, we have two solutions.

1. We will charge you for ink samples and provide you with corresponding data to help facilitate stable operation on your CIJ printer.
2. You can send us testing material. We will arrange a test for the material with the requested ink, film a video and send you the test result. We can send you back the material upon your request.

How do we ensure the batch stability of the ink?
Answer:

1. In order to ensure the reliability of the raw materials, we are very strict about supplier screening. We only cooperate with internationally renowned raw material manufacturers and official distributors.
2. We keep samples for each batch of raw materials, and set the sample retention period for different products for future traceability.

3. Due to the different customs clearance procedures in each country, different transport conditions and distance, the delivery time are different.
